CF3310 is a 32-bit RISC-V-based high-performance, low-power security microcontroller with a working frequency of 30MHz, suitable for applications such as information security, IoT smart home systems, and consumable authentication. The CF3310 supports a wide operating voltage range from 1.62V to 5.5V and offers multiple power management modes, achieving ultra-low current consumption down to the nA level. For enhanced security, the CF3310 integrates hardware-accelerated international and Chinese national (Guomi) cryptographic algorithms. It is specifically designed to withstand various side-channel attacks and provides robust protection against physical tampering and reverse engineering.
The device supports extensive communication interfaces, including SPI, I2C, UART, ISO7816, and SWI. The CF3310 is available in multiple packaging options, such as DFN8 and SOM8, and is also available as bare die for SiP (System-in-Package) co-packaging requirements.
